I recently attended an 80's Night at a local club with a local cover band. I was reminded how quickly music from the past can bring back memories, both good and not-so-good. And while any not-so-good memories I may have had were quickly overshadowed by middle-aged women dressed in neon tutus, leopard print tights, leg warmers and sporting huge hair, I've been reflecting on many memories since then.
Letting the past run your life is not a healthy way to live, but reflecting on the past and learning from it can be beneficial. I encourage you to let your memories serve as a reminder of the things you've learned throughout your life and how you've grown into a stronger person because of your experiences.
